1. Services

We provide web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, branding, and digital integration services.

2. Project Engagement & Payments

• Project work begins only after confirmation and 25% upfront payment.
• For long-term projects, monthly or milestone-based payments apply.
• Any delays in payment may pause project progress.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract.

3. Intellectual Property

• All work remains the property of Alphynx until full payment is completed.
• Upon final payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client (except third-party tools, licenses, or source libraries).

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely:

• Content
• Feedback
• Branding assets
• Access required for project completion

Delays in feedback may extend project timelines.

5. Revisions & Scope

Revisions are included as per the agreed plan. Requests beyond scope will be billed separately.

6. Confidentiality

All client information and project data remain confidential.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Third-party plugin/app failure

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Completed work must be paid for.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
